One thing not mentioned in the video, you need to select how many photos you want in a row (just before you click INSERT GALLERY) and change ATTACHMENT PAGE to MEDIA FILE. This will allow your images to display nicely.

To add a password, just change Visibility (above the Publish/Update button) to password protected and add your chosen password. Make sure it is not an easy one to guess…
